Design Suites

Design that supports the full picture — from kaupapa identity to clear, consistent outputs.

This service brings together everything an organisation, forum, or kaupapa needs to show up well across print and digital platforms. Whether you're preparing for a wānanga, formalising your collective voice, or needing tools to engage with funders, whānau, or wider networks — the design suite gives you a complete, cohesive visual system.

What I offer:

  • Branded templates for internal and external documents

  • Designed publications (e.g. overviews, introductions, kaupapa summaries)

  • Presentation slide decks (wānanga, hui, funding, or stakeholder use)

  • Custom layouts for reports, handouts, or event materials

  • Branded collateral: covers, headers, footers, visual structure

  • Guidance on consistent tone and visual flow

  • Optional copy support for clarity and alignment

Ideal for:

  • Forums, collectives, or kaupapa-based groups formalising their voice

  • Organisations preparing for hui, reporting, or strategic engagement

  • Teams needing consistent design across digital and print

  • Groups who want tools that look considered, but don’t require constant redesign

Te Mātāwai – Hui Promotion & Event Materials

Te Mātāwai’s "Whanake te Kura" hui called for a visually rich event design package that could carry detailed schedules, speaker profiles, and kaupapa information across digital and physical spaces. The design needed to feel vibrant, grounded in te reo, and clear at every level. Deliverables included promotional banners, digital timetables, printed programmes, and large-format signage. Colour palettes were adapted for clarity and flow, while photography and layout supported both the practical details and the kaupapa’s wairua. The result: a cohesive, professional visual experience for the hapori.

Ngā Whenua Rāhui – Collateral & Report Design

This project involved a full suite of collateral and visual content for Ngā Whenua Rāhui, including formal reports, letterhead templates, presentations, and data visualisation tools. The design approach prioritised clarity, structure, and alignment with the organisation’s kaupapa and visual identity. Key outputs included branded stationery, visual frameworks for explaining protection mechanisms, and custom layouts for internal and external reporting. Each piece was designed to feel both grounded and professional — balancing function with kaupapa Māori design cues.

Mai i Ngā Kuri a Whārei Customary Fisheries Forum – Identity & Legacy Publication

This project supported the development of a cohesive visual identity and design suite for the Mai i Ngā Kuri a Whārei Customary Fisheries Forum. Central to the work was the creation of a printed publication designed to serve as a legacy document.

The publication included an overview of the forum’s history, acknowledgment of past members, and profiles of current representatives. Layouts, colour systems, and typography were aligned with both the forum’s tikanga and the need for professional presentation.

Additional outputs included brand development, printed collateral, and document templates to support ongoing communication.

Shop & Win with Arohatia – Campaign Collateral Suite

This campaign was developed to support local businesses across the Eastern Bay through a promotional radio partnership with Tūmeke FM and Sun FM. The goal was to create a cohesive and flexible design suite that could carry the campaign message across multiple formats — from radio scripts to social posts and in-store print collateral.

This was a fully customisable system — allowing the campaign to run across digital and physical spaces with consistency.
