The Audio Suite.

This section showcases a curated selection of voice and audio projects produced for kaupapa, campaigns, and iwi initiatives. Each piece is crafted to align with project intent and audience, offering clear, purposeful audio content.

Maria’s voice and storytelling skills have featured across international (BBC Radio for ‘Mataatua - The House That Came Home), national and iwi platforms.

She is the voice of Mātauranga Māori, the latest publication by Sir Hirini Moko Mead — one of Aotearoa’s most respected Māori scholars and authors. His extensive body of work includes foundational texts such as Tikanga Māori, Ngā Pepeha a Ngā Tīpuna, and The Māori Language Commission’s Dictionary of Modern Māori, each contributing significantly to the preservation and transmission of mātauranga Māori.

Maria will also design the soundscape for Tangihanga, a solo theatre work written and performed by Kristyl Neho, produced by Wahanui Productions. The work is emotive, layered, and deeply spiritual. Maria’s role includes designing an atmospheric soundscape to support the entire piece, with original composition and her own voice work, including karanga and tonal layering. The soundscape is an integral part of the story’s emotional movement and will carry through to its intended future form as a short film.

She also provides light production support — shaping, editing, and delivering clean audio that holds tone and clarity.

Whether the need is for reo Māori narration, kaupapa-aligned voice recordings, or atmospheric soundscapes with depth and presence, this is their home.
